The Island's Finest

This five hour tour has two great options that showcase both the very best PEI attractions and also some hidden gems; make new friends on a shared small group tour or bring your own for a private tour! Beginning in the historic city of Charlottetown, the birthplace of Canadian Confederation, explore National Historic Sites, visit quaint Acadian fishing villages, sample Island fine craft products and take a photo at the home of the Island's most famous orphan, Anne of Green Gables.

Island Scenic & Anne of Green Gables

Drive through historic Charlottetown toward Green Gables National historic site– the house that inspired L.M. Montgomery’s first novel in 1908. As you tour the North Shore, your local Driver-Guide will bring the scenery alive with history, facts, and stories about the areas you pass and visit. Stop at the quaint little fishing village of North Rustico and the not-to-be-missed Cavendish Beach. Enjoy a taste of world-class preserves from locally grown fruit in a 1913 creamery. Finish the day with a beautiful drive through the rolling hills on your return to Charlottetown.

Green Gables National Historic site


Anne of Green Gables Adventure

A five hour tour for the ultimate Anne fan that will delight those fascinated by the beauty of PEI as described by The Anne of Green Gable author Lucy Maude Montgomery in her novels. Stop at the  Anne of Green Gables Museum owned by Lucy Maude Montgomery's cousins, the Campbell family. The homestead was built in 1872 by her Uncle John and Aunt Annie Campbell and is the setting for her novel “Anne’s Lake of Shining Waters.” Explore the homestead, the beautiful flower gardens, and enjoy views of the Lake of Shining Waters.  Photos stops will be made at French River, one of the most photographed places on the Island, and Montgomery’s birthplace in New London which has been preserved as a historic site. No Anne Adventure would be complete without a visit to the charming Green Gables House, National historic site, the old farm site that inspired the first Anne of Green Gables novel. Located in Cavendish, the area that was the inspiration for the village of Avonlea in many of Lucy Maud’s novels. You will be able to enjoy the well-kept gardens as well as tour the main farmhouse, barns, outbuildings and extensive grounds. On your return to Charlottetown, a trip through the national park and the fishing village of North Rustico will complete your day.

South Shore Magic & Confederation Bridge

A great way to explore the magic of the south shore of PEI. You will visit quaint villages, see panoramic views of the coastline and farmland, after you drive through historic Charlottetown, toward the south shore. The incredible eight-mile long Confederation Bridge links Prince Edward Island to New Brunswick is the longest crossing over ice-covered water in the world. Explore the historic seaport village of Victoria-by-the-Sea, a haven for artists; roam the tree-lined village streets, take photographs of the picturesque lighthouse and visit Island Chocolates. Then it’s back to Charlottetown along the beautiful south shore.

Confederation Bridge


Lighthouse & Winery Tour East

After a short tour of the historic city center of Charlottetown, the tour makes its way “down east” where you will be able to explore several Island lighthouses, including Point Prim, Wood Islands.  Follow this with a visit to Rossignol Estates Winery, the Island’s only eastern winery, vineyard and art gallery. This is the perfect setting to sample fine local vintages while enjoying a panoramic view of the Northumberland Strait. Then it’s on to Panmure Island Lighthouse, one the oldest and most scenic lighthouses on the Island. Your tour will be capped off with a relaxing drive to the town of Montague before our return to Charlottetown.

Amazing PEI Experience

Having a hard time choosing which tour to pick? This seven hour tour combines our North and South Shore tours so that you get to see a bit of everything! Spend some time in Charlottetown exploring historical landmarks before travelling to iconic attractions Dalvay-by-the-Sea National Historic Site and the gardens of The Dunes. See where the fisherman come in with their lobster catches at the Acadian fishing village of North Rustico, and take some photos at Cavendish Beach and Green Gables House. After lunch, see the 8 km "fixed link" to the Island, the Confederation Bridge and head to the quaint village of Victoria-by-the-Sea. This tour promises a fully packed day of lighthouses, red sandy beaches, and tantalizing tastings of local culinary treats.

Deposit of 10% required upon booking private tours, balance due 14 days prior to booking. 

Small Group Tours requires per person full payment at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy PEI Tours:

We require 7 days cancellation notice prior to your tour departing. You will be refunded the full amount less a 10% administration cost if canceled prior to 7 days before departure.

Cancellation less than 7 days, including “no shows” will not be refundable.

Exception provided for cruise ship passengers when their cruise ship cancels its visit to the Port of Charlottetown. In this circumstance, they will receive a full refund.
